MEET THE MAKER:
THE VEGAN DAIRY
The Vegan Dairy was born with one purpose – to hand-craft delicious dairy-free, plastic-free, waste-free produce.
Husband and wife co-creators, Brittany and Bronson, turned hobby into trade, swapping market stalls for industrial scale in 2015 – without losing the home kitchen feels – taking traditional methods to turn all-natural ingredients into an entire dairy-free range.
Through sustainable practices, including waste-free production, on-site composting facilities and careful recycling, the entire range is made entirely of natural ingredients that are sourced solely from the earth, and are completely organic and vegan.
Organic cashews, organic hemp, activated nuts and other responsibly sourced ingredients contribute to healthy gut bacteria and authentic, natural flavours – without adding taste sensations that can’t be achieved through fermentation, culturing and ageing.

“THERE IS COMMUNITY IN THE REAL SENSE OF THE WORD HERE IN THE HABITAT. WE’RE ALL TRYING TO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE THROUGH ADVENTURE, ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. THERE ARE TWO CHEESEMONGERS – ONE USES DAIRY AND ONE DOESN’T… WE ALL SHARE A PASSION FOR EXPLORING RAW MATERIALS!”
Co-creator Brittany Bertschinger – who started out trying to make vegan feta after bringing home too much French cheese from her Mum’s cheese shop.
